We want to ensure your items reach you safely. Each order is carefully packed by hand. We obtain a Certificate of Posting when your order is despatched and this automatically provides you with up to £30 of cover for any loss or damage. If there are any problems with your order please contact us.

Royal Mail Claims

If any of your items are damaged on arrival, or if you think your order has been lost in the post please ask us for a copy of your certificate of posting. You will need a copy of the certificate when submitting a P58 Claim Form to Royal Mail.
